Lukaku reunited with the manager who sold him.

LONDON, July 10 (Reuters) - By signing Romelu Lukaku, a player he deemed superfluous to requirements at Chelsea three years ago, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has pulled off the close season's most significant Premier League transfer deal.

For now, the Portuguese coach will ponder the options the powerful Belgian offers his attack, but the deal is equally important in that it has scuppered Chelsea's plans as they seek a replacement for Diego Costa who is likely to leave Stamford Bridge.

Spain's Costa was the striker whose arrival at Chelsea prompted Lukaku's 28 million-pound ($36 million) sale to Everton, a deal triggered by the Belgian's unhappiness at his lack of opportunity under Mourinho and the need for the London club to conform to Financial Fair Play rules.

While Mourinho criticised Lukaku's reluctance to fight for a first-team place at Chelsea, he always said he never wanted to sell him and the Portuguese has now seized the opportunity to work with him again.

Why Findland’s Schools Are So Successfull

For many years the school system in Finland has been very successful. In the PISA survey, which compares reading, math and science knowledge of 15 year olds around the world, Finland is not only the top European country but also competes with Asian giants like Shanghai, Singapore and South Korea. But what makes the educational system in this small country so strikingly different from others in the western world.

First of all, the Finish government makes it possible for all children to attend preschool, which comes after kindergarten. Compulsory education begins at 7. Teachers work with their pupils in school as much as possible. They have little homework to do when they get home.  When teachers are not with the pupils they spend a lot of time in schools working on the curriculum and new projects.  They teach in teams if it helps them reach their goals. That is why dropout rates are low compared to other countries.

In contrast to other nations teaching in Finland is a highly admired profession. Finland selects its teachers very carefully.  Only talented students go on to a university and receive a master’s degree in education. Finland only takes the best to educate its youth.

Schools in Finland are small, at least for international standards. More than in any other country teachers are ready to prepare children for life. In some cases they know every pupil in their school and can adjust to them. Teachers try everything to succeed with their pupils. Most of the pupils get additional help in their elementary school years, either by the teachers themselves or through specially trained educators.

English Task: The Natural Phenomenon Sand Dune (Parangkusumo Yogyakarta)

In Indonesia, we would have found Sahara desert like in Africa. This is the natural phenomenon is occurring in Indonesia. Interestingly, this desert is formed in tropical areas with high rainfall. Of some existing data, desert in Indonesia is claimed as the only desert in Southeast Asia. Yogyakarta has a unique natural phenomenon of sand dune located near Parangtritis beach area.

This place are close to beautiful unmainstream beach, such as, Parangtritis Beach, Depok Beach, Parangendog Beach, Langse Cave, Imogiri Royal Cemetary etc. It just only one way to the site. The sand dune is the one and only sand dune found in the Southeast Asia and is said to be the world’s heritage.

The sand dune or “Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo” according to local tongue, were formed in thousand years of natural process. This is unique because it is rarely found especially in a country with high rainfall like Indonesia. What makes Parangkusumo sand dune unique is the type of sand dune. Barchan is the type of sand dune. The occurrence of sand dune or sand bank is considered an unusual phenomenon in an area that has a very high rainfall. It is different from other sand dunes in the world.

Some experts said that the sands were actually volcanic materials erupted by Mt.Merapi which flowed along the stream of Opak and Progo rivers to their estuaries in the south sea. The materials then been brought to the shore by strong waves, and after dried by the sun, the smooth and light sands blew by strong wind came from the ocean. Since Parangtritis beach was bordered by limestone hills, the sands could not pass the hills and fell before them, made a desert like area on an open part of the land between the hills and the beach. The wind that blew continuously in the area from various directions in a certain times made the sands became sand dunes with various unique forms. This is probably why the colour of the sand is greyish.

This location is not only used as a tourist attraction where visitors just come, look around and enjoy the scenery around or playing a sandboarding. The sand dune is also the target of the photographer to capture those precious moments such as pre-wedding and photo session.
